Conveniently located along the newly expanded Sea to Sky Highway in Squamish, British Columbia, between Vancouver and Whistler, Glacier Air provides a wide range of services to the general aviation industry, including VFR charters and tours to fixed wing flight training and ground school.

Glacier Air is renowned for our experienced, professional and friendly staff with a long and proud history in west coast aviation since 1974. Glacier Air offers everything in one convenient location including most TC written and flight tests conducted by our in house staff which includes a Transport Canada approved pilot examiner.

Students from Vancouver to Pemberton and abroad come to train in our scenic mountain terrain where they receive an extraordinary flying and learning experience. It is often said that if you learn to fly here, you can fly just about anywhere! As a small school,Glacier Air is able to take time to get to know each student and then customize a flight training program to suit each students schedule and needs. Glacier Air´s emphasize on Quality training and not just instructors building hours has earned us an exceptional reputation of going Flying Above and Beyond!

Glacier Air does not offer Multi-Engine and IFR training as our emphasize is on leaning the stick and rudder skills needed to make the transition to any multi and high performance aircraft easier and more cost effective.

Glacier Air is open year round, 7 days a week and fly weather permitting.
